Quotes and prices
Prices shown on this website are starting prices and include GST. Your exact price is confirmed in writing after we have seen the property and before any work starts. Work that is outside the written scope is only carried out with your agreement and is priced separately.
Bookings and access
You agree to give us safe access to the property, the roof space manhole and the outside of the building at the booked times. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change a booking.
Wildlife law
Possums are protected under the Wildlife Act 1975. All work is carried out in line with Victorian wildlife rules. A trapped brushtail possum is released on the same property within 50 metres of where it was caught, after sunset. We will not move a possum off your property.
Our written guarantee
Sealing work comes with our 12 month written guarantee on the entry points we sealed, as listed in your photo report. If a possum gets back into the building through one of those points during that period, we return and fix it at no charge.
- The guarantee covers the points listed in your report, not other parts of the building
- It does not cover new damage from storms, building work, tree growth or other trades
- It does not cover points you chose not to have sealed
- Please contact us as soon as you notice activity so we can check it
Payment
Payment terms are shown on your written quote. Commercial work may be invoiced with the terms agreed in writing.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
